QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
We deliver flowers throughout the Tidewater area Monday through Friday.
All deliveries are guaranteed next day delivery after ordering. Deliveries are guaranteed by 5pm for commercial properties and 7pm for residential properties. At this time we do not offer same day deliveries as a standard. If same day delivery is required, please contact us and we will most certainly try our best to assist.
For hospital deliveries, please make sure to include the name of the recipient, hospital and room number or ward. Your arrangement will be delivered to the floor nurse's station, as most hospitals do not allow flower delivers into individual rooms. As a service we check with the hospital to verify room number.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your delivery date if you will be unable to receive your bouquet on the scheduled delivery date! We will be more than happy to make accommodations when applicable!

We support local wildflower fields & saving the pollinators. Wildflower fields beautify the community and educate future generations of their importance.
- To keep your beautiful flowers lasting longer, you should frequently replenish the water and change it completely every 3 days. Whenever you change the water, trim the stems about half an inch. Make sure to keep your flowers away from too much heat.
- At the Wildlfower Workshop we do not see the need for flower food.
- A bouquet of flowers can survive out of water for at least 8 hours. They may look a little wilted once they arrive to your destination but once they are in water, they perk right up!
